A: We’re based in Worcester, Massachusetts, and ship worldwide through our production partners.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders ship within 2–5 business days after production. Delivery times vary by region:
US: 5–10 business days
International: 7–15 business days
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because each piece is made-to-order, we only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos if there’s an issue.
Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: Our tees and hoodies are unisex sizing and run true-to-size. We recommend checking the size chart before ordering.
